BusinessCards.io Referral Program Terms of Service
Introduction
Welcome to the businessbards.io Referral Program. By participating in our Referral Program, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these Terms of Service (ToS) carefully before participating. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not participate in the Referral Program.
Eligibility
To be eligible to join the businessbards.io Referral Program, you must:
1. Be at least 18 years old.
2. Have an active businessbards.io account in good standing.
3. Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
We reserve the right to refuse participation to any applicant at our sole discretion.
Commission Policies
Flexibility of Commission Policies
businessbards.io reserves the right to change its commission policies at any time. Changes may include, but are not limited to, commission rates, payment schedules, and qualifying activities. Participants will be notified of any significant changes via email or through our website.
Commission Payments
1. Frequency: Commissions will be paid on a monthly basis.
2. Minimum Threshold: A minimum threshold of $100 must be reached before commission payments are made. If the minimum threshold is not met, commissions will roll over to the next payment period until the threshold is reached.
Usage Guidelines
Affiliates are permitted to use businessbards.io’s brand, logo, and marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting the Referral Program. The following guidelines must be adhered to:
1. Do not alter or modify businessbards.io’s logos or branding in any way.
2. Ensure all promotional materials accurately represent businessbards.io and its services.
3. Do not use businessbards.io branding in any manner that is misleading, harmful, or offensive.
Prohibited Activities
Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate expulsion from the Referral Program and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions:
1. Fraudulent Activities: Any form of fraud, including but not limited to creating fake accounts, generating fake referrals, or engaging in deceptive marketing practices.
2. Spam: Sending unsolicited emails or messages (spam) or using automated systems or bots to generate referrals.
3. Misrepresentation: Misleading potential referrals about businessbards.io’s services, pricing, or Referral Program terms.
4. Violation of Law: Engaging in any activities that violate local, state, federal, or international laws or regulations.
Termination
BusinessCards.io reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Referral Program at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, you will cease to be eligible for any further commissions.
Limitation of Liability
businessbards.io will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with this Referral Program, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if BusinessCards.io has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
